Incorporation and Legal Services Now Offered at Oberoi Financial Group Inc.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Me. Marilena Bono to our team. Me. Bono will be joining us as our in-house legal consultant and will be responsible for handling client legal matters including, but not limited to, setting up and maintaining Incorporations , contract reviews, Trusts etc.

Me. Bono brings with her many years of experience and will be a valuable member of our team helping our Physicians, Dentists and Business Owners with their legal affairs.

Me. Bono served as Director of Legal Affairs at Lemeac Editeur, dealing with negotiations and drafting a broad range of commercial and intellectual property agreements. In addition, her experience encompasses the incorporation and organization of professional corporations, namely medical corporations, as well as the registrations with the Collège des Médecins du Québec (CMQ), RAMQ, Canada Revenue Agency and Revenue Quebec.

Me. Bono is a member of the Barreau du Quebec (2010) and holds a Civil law degree from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor degree in political science from McGill University. She is perfectly fluent in English, French and Italian.
