NEERAJ OBEROI - President & CEO
With over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, Neeraj Oberoi serves as President and CEO of Oberoi Financial Group Inc., a position she's held since 2008.
Transitioning from a science background to finance, Neeraj seamlessly navigated the intricacies of the field, eventually assuming leadership of one of Montreal's esteemed family-owned firms. Her expertise lies primarily in insurance, with a focus on life and living benefits. With a keen understanding of the unique aspects of each insurance product and individual client needs, Ms. Oberoi excels in delivering personalized solutions. She is fluent and can service her clients in English, French, Hindi and Punjabi.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Neeraj dedicates part of her spare time to Oberoi Rising Dreams, a foundation committed to empowering youth through education and inspiration.
Neeraj's love for cooking and trying out new recipes is evident, but unfortunately for her children, they often become the guinea pigs for her culinary experiments.
Her three grandchildren are her absolute joy, and she never passes up a chance to be with them and spoil them.
SHIV OBEROI - VP Operations

After graduating from the John Molson School of Business in Finance, Shiv joined the family owned and operated Oberoi Financial Group Inc. In just less than a decade in the business, Shiv has made his mark in the financial services industry in becoming one of the leading advisors in the country. Through unique tax-efficient financial strategies for both businesses and Individuals, Shiv has been successful in helping his clients reach minimize taxes and grow their wealth. In 2012, Shiv was recognized as the top associate advisor in Quebec by Great-West Life. In addition, he makes regular appearances on local television shows sharing his financial expertise. Shiv specializes in the corporate, high net worth and healthcare professional markets where clients can benefit from tailor made plan to suit their needs. When not working, Shiv enjoys his time on the golf course, Cycling and enjoying pretty much any sport. He also devotes much of his time to charitable organizations. As a board member of the AYTF foundation, Shiv’s ultimate aim to help make education available to everybody. He also serves as young ambassador for the Annual Casino against cancer as well contributes to various other charitable organizations in and around the Montreal area.

With a Bachelor's degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, Shivani embarked on her journey as a financial advisor in 2009 with Oberoi Financial Group Inc., a family-owned and operated business. Over the years, Shivani has achieved remarkable success by implementing unique tax-efficient financial strategies tailored for medical Professionals and business owners, helping her clients minimize taxes and expand their wealth.
A familiar face on Breakfast Television, Shivani served as a trusted financial expert, discussing various financial subjects. Her specialized focus revolves around catering to the unique needs of healthcare providers, professionals, and entrepreneurs, cementing her reputation as a go-to advisor in these sectors.
Besides work, Shivani's love for sports runs deep, stemming from her days as a competitive tennis and soccer player. She maintains an active lifestyle and loves to travel as well. Shivani also actively contributes to the Oberoi Rising Dreams foundation, where she serves on the board, passionately working towards uplifting communities and fostering dreams.

Me. Bono is a member of the Barreau du Quebec (2010) and holds a Civil law degree from the University of Montreal & a Bachelor degree in political science from McGill University. She is perfectly fluent in English, French and Italian.
JOSÉE DARAICHE-GIARD - Operations Support Associate
Josée brings over 25 years of diverse work experience, with the past 12 years dedicated to the Financial Services industry. In her pivotal role as operations support associate at Oberoi Financial Group, she adeptly bridges the gap between clients and the array of providers the company represents.

SAMANTA PROULX - Business Administrator / Marketing Executive
